Shortening panda poles?

take grip off and cut them

theres a lil spanner bolt thing glued into the inside of the pole under the grip to hold the strap. i'll see if I can pry it out but i'm worried i'll snap it. jw if anyone w/ an actual pair of panda poles has tried this. i've shortened metal poles before, i get all you do is saw, but thx anyway.

I took the grip off and cut mine then just used and little piece of sandpaper to make it fit good again.
