k so i was in class lkike a good boy last week... for a day or two... but anyway, the topic of memory and the learning of languages came up. turns out adults have a much harder time learning new languages because they try to memorize, not leanr patterns. also, people with poor hsort term memory have a very difficult time learning new languages. now, i keep meaning to aski these 'cognitive systems' profs about perhaps... the effects of concussions on memory... so i was going to ask if hey, maybe a concussed person may have some permanent short term memory loss that might lead them to not study foreign languages much and pass german by 1 or 2 percent... but then i forgot.
