i have seen a new trend in park/pow skiers at white pass: the short pow ski. multiple people are skiing on really short hellbents(like 159 or 169) and i was wondering if this does anything for their park performance?
well a shorter ski is going to weigh less, and turn easier. It will spin faster as well. It will also be less stable, and will not float as well. Idk why people would want to ski a short pow ski. Seems counterproductive.
