Big surprise that the shooter was from Surrey.

I don't know what constitutes a shooting exactly- as in does a person need to be shot, or do just shots need to be fired? Because I'm about 100% sure that there have been shootings. A few years ago, shots were fired outside of Garfs and at the door.
