It's a big tube that allows a river to flow under the freeway from that painted rock to tanner park. It can be fun shit.

yeah i did it at the beggining of this year and it was nuts cause we had good pieces of wood so the water built up like 4 feet higher than normal and we went fucking flying, i was always scared about knocking my head when i came out the end cause you go so fast but i never did
