I don't know if there is anything that can "help" me, but whatever. I'm trying to scan pics of my chronics that im selling, and i lay the pic on the laser scanner, close the top, press scan, and nothing happens. the scanner is on, but nothing happens. Anything at all i should check? As far as i know, its all plugged in.

if there is anywhere in ur software that says "select source" that might be your issue..uhhh yeah.i dunno dood.

why dont you just get a picture of them from online?

because i need to take pictures so i can show people who want to buy them?

do i have to do anything on my comp to set it up, like select a file to scan into or anything?
