Shn bang on one leg

not with your boot but maybe your skiing, it happens to me because I hurt my left knee and sometimes i put more weight on my right leg.

anyway to fix my technique so i dont get it on one leg? I know that you get shinbang from landing backseat but i think i might be getting it from riding switch too much. Is that possible? Also i'm landing switch a lot more too and that seems to hurt the shins a bit. am i leaning forward too much?

yeah try clearing the landing on the 50 footer 3 times in one night wow my legs are just dead

yeh u aer most likley just landing prodominatley backseat on one ski...thus only giving u half the shin bang

yup, like when your spinning, and your coming in not centered, and you land in the backseat, your gonna put most of the pressure on one shin, and therefor...shinbang.

yeah man its always my left leg that kills.....i think its cause when im straightlining or just cruising around i put my left leg more forward
