Shittyest day of school out of the 11 years ive been going

okay 2nd period i was in my metal shop doing some welding. so after i was done another kid went it to weld and he decides that he was gunna take the hot metal he welded and burn a peice of wood to catch it on fire but it only charded the wood and he threw it in the back corner. towards the end of he period our teacher finds it and comes straight to me asking if i was the one who did it. so i told him no but that wasnt good enough so he asked every one in our class if i was the one who did it and they all said no it was the other kid. so when he asked the person who did do it of course they said no so it must have been me. he wrote up an office refferal and asked me to sign it so i told him no and we went on arguing for a bit. and then he decided to ask the kid that did do it but u know since hes on varsity wrestling he must not have been the one to do it. so he asked me one last time to sign the paper and i gave him the direct response "u get 1 warning and this is it if u ask me to sign that paper one more time im gunna find u after school off of school property and kick ur ass". i know it wasnt the best thing to say to a teacher but it one thing to blame someone for cursing or cheating on a test but to tell u that u tried to burn down the school that just wrong.
 
wow you are stupid, why would you verbally threaten a teacher? all you had to do was explain that it was not you and that you saw the other kid do it...you had witnesses.
 
yeah dude. if its true (which it doesnt sound it) that was a really dumb thing to do.
 
the only reason i said that was because its been an on going thing cause he just dosnt like me. trys to get me in trouble for anything i do. i talked to my assistant principle and he told me that hes gunna ignore what i said because the teacher didnt have the right to blame me if he had no proof that i did it
 
ya bit in the form of a threat to a teacher on school property is gonna get you fucked, i know why you said it buti can guarentee you that they will make a huge ordeal out of it ending with you being suspended for X amount of days
 
yup/..you fucked upw ith that statement. what you should have said is this "look...ill give you 1 more warning to stop forcing me to sign that before i bring a lawyer into this. you know as well as i that there is no evidence leading toward me doing it so save yourself a whole heap of trouble and learn to have backup before you accuse sonmeone"
 
that was a really bad idea. i cant really talk because i tend to get in trouble at school by saying stupid shit. like one time without thinkning i asked a teacher why the SPEDs get their own rooms and parking spots....bad idea
 
SHould have said straight up it wasn't your fault and thats final, and if he doesn't believe you than too bad, hes making a mistake. Way to threaten a metal lab teacher, hes gunna smack your ass with some crazy welded torture device...
 
Stupid.

In a class setting, the teacher must maintain control, because if they look weak in front of the rest of their students, they lose the power to motivate and discipline. When you need to talk to or confront a teacher, DO NOT DO IT DURING CLASS. Instead, ask them when it would be a convienient time to talk privately, and then do that. Keep a level head, and remember that if you burn your bridges you may regret it.

Resulting to verbal threats will get you nowhere.
 
well that went over better than i thought my teacher appologized to me saying sorry for getting me mad and i didnt mean to say that and he gave the other kid detention. ha.
 
hes one of those teachers that have no control over a class like a substitute. its pretty funny hes like 25 lives at home with his brother on a farm his love in life is steam engines hes got one of the biggest unibrows ive ever seen. workin on a hunch back. hes one of the goffiest looking people
