Shitty season in Europe?

So obviously this year was trash for the West Coast and the Rockies, and fire for the East Coast. I've been seeing a ton of sick edits coming out of Europe lately, how was the snow there this season?

So im from Austria and i can't complain about this season... But i have to say, that we had no snow until christmas last year but on 28th it began to dump... All in all late snow (Absolut-Park opened something mid of january) but alot so we were able to ski on most non-glacier resorts until april 15th without any snowtroubles... And now there are still 3 metres of snow on the glaciers!

Yeah it was crap at the very start because it snowed then it melted. But about christmas it dumped until feb in les 3 vallees then it didnt really snow at all until easter

The first dump was, like Max said, kinda late around the 27th December.

But its still snowiing atm in the easern Alps (Austria, Slowenia) and in Andermatt. The season began late and will end maybe in june/july.

The winter in Germany was crap. We had maybe 4 or 5 days of extreme snowfalls but between these days...The park at my home mountain was open for just two months :(

It wasn't a good season in the Tirol, Austria. Like everybody has said, it started late and then there was a lot of wind from the west, Foehn wind from the Italian Alps and very warm temperatures in January with rain to 3000m. After February things settled, but it was a thin snowpack below 2500m until well into March. Not a patch on what the West Coast had to deal with though. The Bavarian Alps had a couple of good days but the temperatures really yoyo-ed this year.
