Shit that reduces stress

well for me, i feel like shit if my appt is filthy and i get all stressed out and stuff, and i feel so nice when i have a clean environment to live in. cleaning does suck though, i just cleaned.

and i usually have a cup of tea and watch something good on tv. tea is bomb.
 
i literally JUST talked about this like two hours ago in this class im taking, and read about it last night

apparently the best things are exercise/physical activity, get lots of sleep, and of course like free time/recreation
 
there are 2 pressure points in the back of your head on each side of your occipital protuberence (that little bump on the back of your head) and if those are massaged, stress is relieved.
 
sure having a clean environment is more inducive to feeling good than a disorganized messy shit-hole, but when you're all stressed out over some situation, such as instead of studying for an exam you go clean your room-- not helpful.

i got a vaporizor a few weeks ago and it came with some chamomile flowers. i tried them for the hell of it since it can't be unhealthy through a vape. gotta say, made me suprisingly relaxed for just being the petals to a flower. i'm sure tea works the same way.
 
get alot of sleep. that works real well for me.

just like sleep in till like 2, its great
 
nothing at all, just tastes amazing and relieves stress for me. if it did something, itd be illegal.
 
go out into the desert, find one of those small cacti, with the flower on top, eat some, make sure you have a gps because when you come to you dont want to be lost in the desert
