Shit my dog died today

Shit sucks man, RIP. It is pretty terrible for the next few days, just try and get through it. My dog passed away over the summer one night in his sleep, totally unexpected as well, RIP
 
yeah my parents are building a new house too and we had a special tunnel thing built in so she could run in and out of the house cuz she was super active and always excited about everything, im gonna be so bummed now every time i see that thing.
 
dude... so did mine. We had to put mine to sleep though, it sucked, but he basically stopped walking today and couldn't really move. It was way sad, so I know how ya feel.

ive only had a close encounter with my dog

i have a dog the size of a puppy and it tends to sleep in the road during the summer

and my dog was layin down on the side of the road and an escalade comes by and hits my dog on its right ride and broke its front and back right paw, she could walk for a week but then she became mobile again and shes fine today

but sucks about ur dog
 
I was absolutely devastated when my dog died last September. No matter what anybody says, they are just like another member of the family. You come to love them like a brother. I'm really sorry to hear about your death.
 
yeah that def sucks, putting it to sleep though is always good if theyre suffering, and its painless, which is how it was for mine cuz it was instant. weve had to put three of our mules to sleep, its sad but they were pretty miserable and their quality of life was so shitty.
 
yeah but she died instantly so that was good i guess. she was only 5, waaaay too young. but we always knew that was how she was gonna go, she would run out in front of our cars all the time and you had to drive at like 2 mph, but it was just cuz she was a really friendly dog
 
I'm so sorry. Losing a dog (or any pet in general) is so hard..and it happens way too often. ++++++vibes man.

i dunno, but my dog did that when we were out camping and we found him in the woods behind some log. brought him back and then he left again. after we found him again we could tell somthing was wrong, my mom and dad drove him to the nearest hospital but he didnt make it there. he was ooooold tho, think its just somthing they do.
 
that blows dude. My dog died in june from cancer, it sucked. but we couldn't handle not having a dog in our house so we got a new puppy and they are awesome. But it'll be wicked strange not having a dog and i bet you guys will get one really fast. Good luck, stay strong!!
 
dont get mad at me for saying this because my dog ran away when he was 15 and died.... but i laughed soooooooooo hard and now i feel bad

the replacement dog i got for that dog get hit and ran when he was 11 months old. i know what its like
 
when i was like 12, i had this labador (sp?) that was pretty wild but we all loved her haha. and we had an electric fence in the yard for her. then during the first little snow storm of the year, we let her out not knowing the fence wouldn't work...my dad goes to let her in and doesn't see her so he walked outside, and she was laying there dead. she got hit by a car. the fucking car didn't even stop. how fucked up is that?! it was the middle of the day too. how could you be such a cold hearted person
 
I have lost two of my dogs, and it really sucks man. A couple months ago my dog had 9 puppies and only 3 survived. sucks.

Man I'm so sorry to hear that. I had such a hard time when my dog finally died. She was my best friend. I swear she would know when I was bummed and come up to me all happy trying to cheer me up or just chill with me when I needed to talk to someone. (yes i talked to my dog, it was therapeutic)

we had to put my dog to sleep cause she had like a degenerative nerve disease...she was only like 5 months old too...and i wasnt able to say goodbye cause they put her to sleep while i was at my friends camp cause it got too bad :(

o well...we're gettin a new dog in like 2 weeks...either callin it BC (Booter Crunk to me) or Nory (Nor'easter)...it'll be hard fer you fer like a week or so...just find something of the dogs to comfort you
