I do millions of little 3's on everything, but at the end of the day, my shins are KILLING me. Even when I don't actually fall or land way too far back.
My only solution is poppin ibuprofen a lot. I have Nordica Superchargers, so maybe it has something to do with the boot?
But how do I stop getting shinbang every single time I ski?
