Shinbang Solution

I do millions of little 3's on everything, but at the end of the day, my shins are KILLING me. Even when I don't actually fall or land way too far back.
My only solution is poppin ibuprofen a lot. I have Nordica Superchargers, so maybe it has something to do with the boot?
But how do I stop getting shinbang every single time I ski?
Thanks

are your shins moving around inside the boot?

boots are supposed to fit like cast, so if there is too much room to move, then they won't work properly and you will shin bang like little wayne.

booster straps are elastic therefore holding the tongue to your shin and allows the tongue to move with your shin so you have less hit on the shin

yep, go get fitted again! o and i know everyone is thinking it....

booster straps man, honestly, i had the same problem myself, i couldnt ski more than 2 days in a row cuz it was so bad, i got booster straps, been riding with then ever since i got them, and my problem is gone

Don't land backseat. Trust me, I've tried every solution. Shintronics, Booster Straps, Full Tilts, Foam inserts. Shin splints are caused by stretching the muscles on your shins when you lean back. If you look at every single ski boot you can see that your shins are on the losing end of a lever. My biggest advice is to land switch whenever you can.

this doesnt seem to work for everybody, but i just wear my boots really, really loose. ive always done it, and as soon as i tightened my boots i got shinbang. try it out sometime

i've heard that too but i dont see how that would help at all. maybe if your really desperate to find a solution you could give it a try.

I have heard this as well. The only real solution is ski proper and don't land back seat. I have had this problem and you just have to learn to ski better, its tough

every since i started riding the kreations i havnt gotten any shinbang so i recomend those and full tilts.. and make sure the fit well
