Shin Splints

get a boot with better padding, that'll be a start, but it won't stop it. mine were caused by skiing too far backseat, I fixed that early this season, didn't have shin splints once, and i skied a hell of alot more than last season. try that, hopefully it helps, shin splints are bitches.

'hey look guys! For a dollar you can get a free condom!'

- a friend when she saw the condom dispenser in the bathroom

'We could give him milk after filling his epipen with heroin and turn him into a drug addict'

- a guy thinking of ways to get revenge on someone who is deathly allergic to milk

stop casing and overshooting jumps. step 1..

Freezy deletes all my posts because he doesn't like me, so I suggest you message him to make him stop.

in regards to shinbang... not neccesarily shinsplints but this might help too- get some material that they make wetsuits out of (polysomethingorother) and stick a wide strip in your sock... or get heel lifters-

i think ^ hes talking about neoprene. what kind of boots are you using? my boots actually caused a stress fracture, so dont wait as long as i did to get new ones. i switched from rossi freerides to 1080s, and so far so good, i was actually able to ski without taking perkiset! yay! if its shin bang, i keep hearing about these gel tounge inserts, ask your shop about those, and def get booster straps. if if shin splints, take some lessons and become a better skier, and try custom insoles, a better fitting boot helps you not pull up on your toes, relieve stress on your shin. other than that, i dunno, there is no cure for shin bang, its just another part of skiing, but there are ways to make it better. just out of curiousity, does anyone know if anything having to do with the actual ski can hurt your shins or is it all in the boot?
