ok so i go skiing yesterday at a small hill that doesnt care what u do so ur alowed to make jumps...so i setup this 45 footer and was hitting, but when ever i spun more that a 3 it would kick u off axis...so i 7ed it and over rotated to a 9 and died...so then i just try a cork 9 the next run and really eat shit(i got the cork and the rotation tho) and i got super corker since the jump kicked u back already so i almost got inverted and when i came out of the cork i only came to a slightly cork position... but anyways i eat shit and when i get up i have serius shin bang and on the back of my leg on the calf, where my boot ends. when i put pressure right there it really hurts...i kept skiing but today it still hurts and im skiing next weekend too... so it hurts in the front(just bad shin bang or shin splints) but it hurts in the back too. abd my freind bruised his bone earlier in the year in and was out for 2 weeksand i dont want to be out........anyone had something similar or no what happened?thx

i got the same problem right where the boot ends on my calf it just kills to press on that spot i dunno what to do about it

I would sit out at least one weekend, if you keep skiing on it it'll only get worse then you'll just have to sit out for longer.

piled up snow on a flat part of a hill then it was 45 feet to the down part or the other hill we used as a landing

yeah i did the same thing trying a big frontflip i didnt quit get it all around adn landed way in the backseat i think that it is maybe a bone bruise. it hurt for about 3 weeks whenever i put my boots on... i dont know what would help make it better, i didnt put pressure to it and put on like some traumed or traumeel shit

that happened to me when i got shinbang. I just skied like everyday over Christmas vacation and was doing a lot of butters and landing backseat. Im not really sure what it was but it went away between the end of the break and the next weekend. So give it like 5 or 6 days off

you should be good then, just take a couple advil or something before you go skiing. And maybe put something like icy hot on it but it should be fine

take it easy for a while even when you ski, my shin and calf problems started in early january and just stopped hurting now. vicodin always helps
