ah yes the search bar..... Well ive tried softer boots (i run the foils }, and ive tried Supporter pads, i have very slim shins and have been landing backseat quite a bit off drops in powder lately, Honestly im looking more for the cure than the prevention. Its been 3 days of agony and pain an d i want to ski tomorro
 
this could have been answered in one friggin post guys, please no more pointless imature posts from little geeky freshmen. How do i get em to go away for tomorro most effectivly?

there are 50 threads on fucking stupid shinbang, and if you don't feel like looking through them then you can have shin bang, it's that simple. there is more than a copius amount of info in the other threads on shin bang
 
Ok I had a problem bith shin bang what i did is cut that blue camping foam to fit my shins placed in between my toungs and the shells of my boots and havent had it since.
 
Aswell what kind of boot and liners are they??? becasue i had some liner problems and when i switched the liners it helped alot with shin bang.
