Shin bang

let it heal, then shintronic...or just make your boot tight, or just try to land right

yeah man one time i nutted myself on a rail, it gets worse, and one of my legs was just long enouf to barily reach the snow. it caught and slung my left leg into one of the rail supports. at the time i thought it was just a really bad bang because i couldnt walk for abit. then about a hour later i pulled up my pant leg to take off my boot and the was a huge red spot on my sock, and it turned out to be a pool of blood. i hit the rail soo hard that it split the skin on my shin. i ended up having to get six stiches, four on the outside and three on the inside. my shin looked like a gaping vagina, it sucked.

no way to heal quickly, sit out for a week or two, it sucks at the time but getting to ski without shin bang afterward is definately worth it. and don't land wrong again unless you wanna go back to the couch. I got really bad shin bang earlier this year and I've pretty much fixed all my problems so that i can land clean now, but if I mess up and am gonna land backseat i just sit down and bail out. falling on your ass is better than sitting on it next weekend.

yeah..landing switch is nothing easy tho...booster straps and padded socks are the way to go..along with advil and let it heel
