Don't forget to take a little time off. You'll only aggrivate the condition if you keep skiing. Give it a few weeks. I don't think that will be a problem since most of the season is over.

 
if when you do your boots up, there is still space for your leg to move around, your boots have too much space.. do whatever you can to take up that space. (eg. booster strap).

You should always have pressure on your shins from your boots, i.e. you should have your knees bent flexing forward. Landing backseat prevents this. Thus, don't land backseat. Stomp the fuck out that shit and the shin bang goes bye bye.

i heard a lot of good things about the 10's i have x-wave 6's (my pops was too cheap to cough up an extra 50 bucks for the 10's) and I get some bang. Would the 10s help that much?

try not to land so backseast and get power straps at the top of your book. i need the same thing....shin bang is the worst...
