Shin bang help

So feeling a little amateur asking this, but need help. I'm 6'2, 185 and ski about 20% park 80% all mountain here in Vail, where i live. That being said, all-mountain for me means a lot of butters, switch, and 180....just how i entertain myself on non-pow days.

Anyway, i broke my collarbone at the end of Dec and have only in the past couple weeks started skiing hard again. Now, my shins hurt. I never had problems before. I wear a 95-flex Solly Gun boot and ski park skis and 189 hellbents.

Any ideas on solutions? I've been stretching/doiung calf and shin exercises in the gym. Was gonna try some foam inserts inside my boot tongues tmmrw but would love any other advice. Thanks guyzzzz

theres plenty of threads on this, you should use the search bar in the top right corner. Some have said you can wrap your shins or cut a foam beer holster and insert it in the front of your boot. I would also take pain killers and ice them

you should stop posting dumbs things in every thread i click on
OP there is great info to be had if you search
