yeah, i'm glad i got the plastic pedals, they dont last as long but at least they dont chew your legs up as bad.

Dude, that's nothing. If you're seriously into biking that's nothing. My friend recently got 15 stiches in his leg from a pedal owning his leg. I got stiches yesterday from biking, but it was from a rock.

if you're doing urban and stuff you should definitely be wearing pads. i had a bad experience with the pins on my pedals and i've been wearing pads ever since. i wear 'em everywhere except for XC.

yeah, for real. shin pads! duh. 661 races or Roach ralleys (pricer) the new fox 991 launch pads are really nice too. they dont do much for yout calfs, but those dont really hurt. you might get a lil cut or somethin there have been so many times i woulda destroyed my shins without guards. they are also good to save your knees and upper knees from handle bar parts jabing your legs (almost as bad). buy some.

those pedals arent that sharp. go look at some crupi pedals, those are what i ride, and tehy are sharp as hell, but they are also like the nicest pedals you can buy for bmx

Anyway, a gas station we pass. We got gas, and ran off to get grub.It was a nice little pub in the middle on nowhere. Anywhere woulda been better. I ordered enchiladas and I ate 'em, Ali had the fruit punch.
