Shin Bang and Booster Straps

I have the head mojo pro's 27.5 and am feelin' a crapload of shin bang. Booster straps work well? anyone second this?

They do wonders. I didnt have a problem with shin bang before I got mine- I got them because I needed to replace my stock powerstraps as they were ripped.

But jeez, they do wonders for control and agility, and keep your liner tight against your shin. Say bye-bye to bang bang!

even a stiff boot? i dont know much about shin bang, how and why does it occur, this is really my first year i've focused on freestyle skiing.

i don't know why but mine haven't been doing much. although they help me ride while my shinbang is still hurting lower down the shin, they haven't done much for prevention.

im riding Rampages, i replaced my power straps with boosters, i've tightened them over the plastic tounge part, under it right up against the tounge, and the spot that seemed to be doing the most, which was at an upward angle with all the buckles tightened i'd tighten it above all the plastic and on the upper 1inch of the tounge where it really locked all of the tounge to my shin, still even with that no luck- although i think my shins would be way worse with powder straps but who knows..

yes i got fitted at a bootfitter..

i wouldn't say they changed my life but they definitely helped me tough it out in a boot that didn't quite fit right.
