Your body moves in 2 parts. Upper and lower. Your lower body almost always follows your upper body. There have been many good tips previously stated here. When you set or pop your spin off the jump, your upper body should be leading the rotation. As you get to 180, let your skis hang back while your upper body keeps rotating. As you then spot your landing, pull your skis around to set you down. Keep in mind, the bigger the jump you hji the easier this trick will; be to feel and do. Once you get a 360 shifty down (think of it as 180 shifty to 180), move onto 540 and think of that as 360 shifty to 180. Beyond that it depends on what you're doing. I personally hate straight 7's, but it seems to me a 7 with shifty would most likely be 3 shifty to 3, but could be done 5 shifty 1 as well. Maybe post some good clear shots of you doing some of them and it would be really easy to talk about your technique specifically.
Btw so cool you're focusing on these tricks. They're really fun, hope you enjoy yourself homie!
