Shaun White dropped the f bomb on live tv

I'd be pissed if i snapped my board the way he did...Looks like that 2nd air was super sketchy in the flat light, about 6 riders straight went down on it
 
he just half-assed his run. It was just spins, barely any grabs or anything, no inverts. why is he so overhyped.
 
I doubt he was thinking that he was on live tv, he snapped his board before his first run in the finals of the x games, dont blame him, i porbably wouldve said it too, its just the heat of the competition
 
Why does he always head back to the top of the run after he loses? I understand that he might want to do his perfect run or whatever but its still kinda of lame like hes trying to steal the winners thunder.
 
because he became a pro when he was a kid, just like ryan sheckler. They are both hyped the same way, its pretty bad
 
Hes definetly not overhyped, unless winning an olympic gold and 6 xgames golds is overhyped. If thats true then maybe my definition of overhyped is a little different than urs.

im pretty sure i didnt say anything about being overhyped. i was simply imply that they are hyped so much because they became pro when they were kids and that they are mostly marketed towards an MTV-esque audience.
 
he was next to me at a bar in breck earlier this month, he is not the same person you see on tv. his eyes were all blood shot and he was running around like a little lepricon
 
i hate him, he gets too many extra points because he is shawn white. He has little to do with the progression of the x-games (as of late, seriously compare his slopstyle runs to like the past 3 years). I hope he doesn't win gold tonight and that tanner maintains his title. 
 
also, he's overhyped in the sense that he gets all this talk and airtime whereas Tanner gets like absolutely zero recognition. It's just uneccessary hype.

Hes a pro snowboarder, pro skateboarder, and almost a pro surfer. He's pretty well rounded.

my best friend owns the house rights next to his in Carlsbad. Last time we took a trip there my friend's mexican cousin asked him for some free goggles and got ignored. Then the cousin said "Hey! Tomato mo'fucka! Your Goggles!". Damn that was funny. He keeps all his shoes in front of his house, next time I go I'm going to jack a few pairs and sell them on ebay. I'll make mad bank.

He's kind of a stuck up bitch. And before anyone calls me out on namedropping I'd like to say fuck you first since its true. I could care less about him I just think its a funny story to tell whenever dumb cunts bring up his name.

shaun is dope hands down...first off he is not overhyped like said earlier..6 x game golds and an olympic gold? definately a legit rider. second off im sure he gets people always asking for free stuff so i would ignore little kids asking for stuff. HE IS MARKETING AND WILL BE HYPED UP. Without SHAUN WHITE where would burton snowboards be. they may be at the same point in the industry as they are now, but he also reps burton snowboards well. He seems like he has a real competitive attitude i dont think he was tryin to steal the winners thunder but with his attitude like they said he wont stop till he gets what he wants, in that case, it was his slopestyle run. I'm sure thats probably why he is doing so well in the sport.
 
tanner gets no recognition? weird, i coulda sworn i saw an oakley commercial with him in it. maybe its just me though! HA!

usually is. I didn't see it last night, but maybe he was far enough away from the camera where no audio was picked up?? I know in the NHL coaches swear constantly while on TV and we can read their lips. That kinda shit doesn't matter.

yeha i have seen, there is no doubt that the kid can skate but he is a whiny bitch and gives out a poor image to skateboarding, making it to be more about getting sponsors and money and not skating.
