Shanghai Six - everyone watch it (again)

Because of this thread:

I started watching Shanghai Six again, and I'm just trying to get everybody stoked for the (upcoming) season. Seriously, this flick is amazing. As in: up to par with recent movies. Corey Vanular absolutely kills it in the opening seg, such sick butters and what not. Travis Redd hits the sketchiest rails (like Stept-sketchy stuff) and Tanner Rainvilles seg is also INSANE.

I remember a thread about why nobody grabbed of rails, and some people could show some 4bi9 dude (I think it was Kutcher in a mt. Hood edit) do a super quick, barely countable mute of a rail.

But FUCK, Rainville does the sickest, super tweaked mutes and double grabbed 630's of rails.

That's the three segs I've watched so far but I'm just really stoked atm. I watched Shanghai Six quite some times when I was younger, but I haven't in like 4 years or so, and I gotta say: about fucking time.

Really, go watch it. Now.

I literally went and searched my house today because of this thread, found a lot of ski movies i wanted to watch, the cases that is, no dvds.

Lucky Number S7evin? haha I think they just realized it was more important to have a good name than a number in the title.

I think I saw Shanghai Six once but might've been distracted by TBC which I believe had a small bit of the same footage? Then Level 1 released Long Story Short the next year which blew my mind. I'm not 100% on the release years.

I'll take some heat for this, but in my opinion, L1P films were best from High Five through Long Story Short, with Shanghai Six being la creme de la creme.

I'm gonna say Forward and High Five were the top two; High Five being the best. Shanghai Six was good, but not as good as High Five. I fell asleep watching Long Story Short.

Turbo was up there as well.
