ok... so. This punk ass junior at my school decided it would be a good idea to bang a freshman chick on the stage we have at our school.. they slipped out of their art class, and snuck onto the stage, where rumor has it they went at it on the gymnastics mats... They did their thing, and upon finishing realized that he had "popped her cherry" and she proceeded to bleed out of her uterus. being the smart people they were, they decided she would say it was just paint seeing as they were supposed to be in art class... rumors started going around school, and sooner or later the office got word of it, and they were both suspended for 5 days... she is now filing rape charges...
 
Yeah pretty much what I was thinking, but there's an age where any sex is considered rape, so that may be part of it? But that's probably about it "Damn, I got caught, rape anybody?"
 
thats retarded, all girls can do that, no matter if it was consent or not, they just look for the excuse once they get humiliated like that...there's been other cases like that that i have heard of...bullshit if you ask me
 
thats why U gotta be smarter than that n not bone a freshman when ur 18. Its an unfortunate law but ya can still bang as many 18+ years olds as ya want.
 
he's 17.. she was 14.. but there's some wacked laws, and apparently 17 year olds aren't allowed to have sex with anyone... but had he been 16 it would have been fine... and rape is total bull, the stage is attached to the gym, where there happened to be a class, so all she had to do was scream. someone would have heard her.
 
Yeah that's what I was talking about, it's not necessarily 18 +/-, there's a hell of a lot more to it.
 
That's what the word "rape" is for, an escape for any girl who regrets having consensual sex with someone. Did you know that if either the male or female has had ANY alcohol, the male can be accused of rape? I've seen it happen, it is bullshit.
 
depends on the state. in pensylvania the law is 14 with in 4, 16 is legal. so a 14 year old could bang an 18 year old, 15 year old could go to 19, and a 16 year old is completely legal for any age. But that is for PA other states have thier own laws. most following the 16_18 and 18 legal but you have to check state by state. and you can argue with me all u want about PA but that is the law trust me i had many a friend have parents try to bring that stutory raope shit against them.

That's fucking bullshit and a lame claim. Hendrix was expelled for having a white girlfriend, not coming to class, and a racist bitch art teacher who didn't want to put up with that shit. He was steady with only 1 girl at the time - Betty Jean - for whom he painted his first guitar - the danelectro silvertone - red with her name on it. He also asked her to marry him, but it was no go. They didn't have sex.
 
Im 18 and am going out with a 15 year old. Before I started that shit, I got up on the laws. I also know the age requirments for Jersey and Maryland, for those weeks in the summer.
 
first off going to pretty much garantee it isnty the girl pressing the charges... it is most likely her parents or even more likely her dad... and even with consent or not she is under the legal age which allows her to give consent... so no matter what it is statitory rape which is going to fuck this kid over cause it will be on his record if convicted and he will have to do all the bullshit of registering as a sex offender wherever he lives.. (if in the states, or maybe canada i dunno)

because people found out and she's trying to "save face"...she figures that if he raped her, she wont look like a slut, and her parents wont think poorly of her, they'll just feel bad for her.

obviously she's fucking the guy over by doing this, completely, she doesn't realize how bad he'll have it if she doesn't just live up to her own poor judgement.
 
haha i thought it was really funny too... everyone thought it was funny, even teachers were laughing about it.. my mom's an elementary teacher and she heard fellow teachers in her building joking about it one day.
but it's not quite as funny anymore with the rape charges...

i'm not sure if it'll say that that actually happened online or whatever, but i guarantee it did.
