i just saw the last freeskier and thought it was really funny the only way they could sell a mag was with sex. This is like their third 'women of freeskiing' issue. All the girls look so uncomfortable. freeskiers turning into cosmo girl.

the ski shots in freeskier were sub par. but damn those bitches be hot,and they are skiers. what could be better.

i thought that article sucked. Hell yeah, I enjoyed most of the pics.

But, I think it shows how immature the 'freeskiing' industry is that freeskier yet again needs to fill its pages with a 'hot women of freeskiing' article. Why not interview the girls, show pictures of them riding, and publish the separate interviews in different issues? I think freeskier's article really cheapened some of the skiers in it. Snowboarding mags don't seem to do this, from what I've seen. If there's a hot snowboarder that wants to do some non-boarding 'i'm hot' shots, and she's good looking enough, it'll end up in maxim of fhm or some shit. But transworld, etc. seem to stick to articles about the sport.

In conclusion, I liked the pics as much as the next guy, but I think it hurts that the editors/writers at freeskier can't be more creative.

besides all that: it seems really weird for all these skiers to get all dressed up and powder puffed and everything--it's sort of dissapointing when I'm hoping to see the girls reppin' the sport get coverage for their skill and show that they can hold their own in world of freeskiing...and all I get is this sort of degrading, I dunno...but we can definitely do better than that.

 
Okay, hot women plus skiing, two of my favorite things. How could this be bad? It's not exploiting the women at all, it is highlighting thier skiing and leaving it up to the reader to make the descision on how hot they are. If you bothered to take your eyes off their tits for long enough, you'd see pictures of them fucking ripping right next to it. It was an artical about what these women are doing for skiing, not about how to pick them up or their measuments. Trying to manifest your own immaturity on an artical is very short sighted.

 
freeskier's always been real image oriented. remember the first issue? it had a playmate on the cover with josh loubek and someone else. they didn't even put skiing on the cover for a long time.
