Just found some interesting things out...how long the gondola rides are at some ski resorts...

Whistler Gondola: 5 mins to mid-station(foreplay)and 10 mins to top

Kicking Horse: 12 mins

Big White: 3 mins

Sunshine Valley: 12 mins

Tremblant: 8-10 mins

Mont Ste-Anne: 8-12 mins

5 min to mid station, then 10 to the top sounds a lot more like the blackcomb gondola, whistlers takes forever, definetely more like 25-30 in total.

I remember in the alps there was a chairlift that lasted like forever like 30-45 minutes.

you cant really do anything in 5-10 minutes other than get frustrated
