Severe thunderstorms in southern new england

my city/ town is a complete mess after a huge thunderstorm went thru earlier tonight. in a matter of minutes, it knocked out all the power in my city, flooded the area, and set fires to many things. as well as starting a small tornado and knocking all the pictures off of the wall in my house, etc. did anybody else get hit by this humongous thunderstorm!?!!!
 
hahahah, ya renee in boston we got some really bad lightning and kinda bad thunder

i talked to some girls in barrington rhode island and they said it was WICKED bad there
 
how did you get hit bad?

anyways nothing too bad here that i know of, we had lightning for over an hour, but it wasnt close for most of the time. i saw so much lightning, but barely heard any thunder. oh well, thunderstorms are awesome
