Seven pounds

it was really really confusing at the beginning.. to be honest i fell asleep during it cause i couldnt get into it. but i want to finish it

i thought it was a very good film, had to see it twice to fully grasp everything. the one thing that really got me was how his guilt was stronger than his love for emily. i mean, he really really loved her, and just when things got good between them, he remembers his past, and decides to kill himself to give her his heart and ezra his eyes. very commendable, but just when it seemed he was going to move on with his life he ended it and really hurt emily.

if he didnt 'hurt' emily she would be dead. he had the whole thing planned from the start and nothing was going to stop him from going through with it.

^exactly! his guilt stopped him from having love! since he was going to die anyway and planned it out, why couldnt he just enjoy the rest of emilys life and donate to another person?

he specifically wanted emily to live because she was a good person. he unintentionally fell in love with after he had decided that she deserved his gift of life.

true true, you are definately right, his dr. friend got it all put together and stuff. that was the one part that bothered me tho.

I watched it a while ago. Not really my usual type of movie, but I thought it was pretty good, inspirational and all. Not the best movie ever, but not bad in my opinion.

confusing for awhile, but it makes sense at the end when you learn the whole story..very good i thought

i honestly didnt understand it at all. slumdog was way better and much more moving. definitely not wills best altho i did love legend and happyness
