Setting bindings help quick please!!

Damn i forgot how to set weight for my bindings. How much kilos u put above your own body weight? i forgot the number so can somebody plz help me.

i ski at 7 and i weigh 130 but thats a little on the extreme side

i'd say 17. actually, i'd say if you care about your knees at all, you would do the intelligent thing and take them to a shop that knows what they are doing and not listen to a bunch of kids online.

depends on your height and boot sole length. if you're really tall and have a tiny foot, around 9. if you're short and have a big foot, maybe 8. try to gauge it based on that info

my imput was for him to search, there are a few quality threads with charts and what not. the search bar is pretty useful. and why would i care if people comment on "the searchbar is helpful" or whatever i put. it was for him to read, and to help him set up his bindings.
