ok people calling people 'corparate' or 'mainstream' or 'trend whores' are getting really ridiculous. Honestly, how can a color be 'mainstream'? If you live in America, you are at some extent or another a 'trend whore', so just shut the fuck up.

jibbajabba, in case you havent noticed, pink hasnt been in since the 80s. this reappearance in the business world is called a trend. a short term fad. ask kids last year, maybe 1 1/2 years, and pink was gay. ask them again in a year or so, and once again, pink will be gay. colors can be a trend and many kids on this site follow them. so you need to shut the fuck up

i just bought my new seth pistols yesterday. and today it just started snowing, im so pumped. but now i have to save up for bindings, i guess i will just have to ride my public enemys for now.

They need Pink that is what makes his ski stands out so much that is what i think but the base looks tight i like lots.

Well I expected to see a post, but it hasn't been said yet:

This ski will come in three different colors. The 169 will be an orange ski, the 179 will be the yellow ski pictured, and the 189 will be a green version of this ski. The graphic is the same but the colors will be different.

 
Also,

If you really care that much about having pink on your skis you will be relieved when you see them because, the prototypes had green sidewalls and the production skis will have pink sidewalls.

The guy that drew the graphic, Josh Malay, a pro snowboarder for Burton, drew like 20 different things for that ski. Seth picked which ones he wanted and thats what they made. The shit is dope for sure!
