skateboarding has tony hawk. snowboarding has shaun palmer. wakeboarding has kelly slater. wheres the skiing game? sure, there are some crappy homemade ones, but nothing professional from activision. wouldnt it be great? post here if u want a game like this and i will send it to activison and show them that there is a market for such a game. thanks

 
He's gotta point on the go skiing instead of on the tv, but when the snow is crappy or when its in the summer it would be nice for something to do.

It would be really nice to have a good skiing game to play over the summer when you cant ski or you just got back from camp and want to ski more. JMMT was the worst game ever and it took me like a day to beat. we really need a freestyle skiing game, i mean come on surfing has their own game.

surfing has kelly slater, not wakeboarding. Do a lot of people play video games on this site? To me it seems everyone and their brother has ps2 or xbox or whatever, but i don't.

well, they are not going to make a game cause 10 people want one. go back in the forums, there are a billion of post on this. and another hint, wait till after the x games, skiing is becoming more popular every day. and no one knows who seth morrison is. it has to be tanner hall, because he is like the only guy besides mosley that a decent amount of people know about.

i don't think morrison would be a good headliner for a freestyle type game... obviosly he is a sick skier, no one here will argue that, but his style doesn't really translate... if you ask me it'd have to be Candide Thovex's Pro Skier, or Jon Olsson's Pro Skier.

i liked jonny moseleys mad trix. Sure it was totally unrealistic and incredibly easy. It was still fun. Maybe it was just the novelty of seeing my skis on a video game. They should make the game like tony hawk only skiing. It wouldnt have to have a pro headline it.

The hard part about making a skiing game is that you cant go uphill, like for challenges and shit, if you missed something you'd have to get back up somehow..

how many 'outside' people do you think knew who Tony Hawk was before his game came out?

'outside' meaning people who don't skateboard. Now Tony Hawk is a household name. After X Games people will know even more. Im assuming Tanner Hall's Pro Skier.

Also, I never knew who Kelly Slater was before the game came out, I knew who Palmer was, and of course I knew who Mat was. I think it could sell no problem. I know so many people that play Tony Hawk Pro Skater who have barely even stepped on a skateboard.

tanner's got style no doubt, but i don't think the big guys at the companies that make the games don't want a pothead in their games. I would have no problem with it, but i think maybe someone would.

it really should be who ever wins the most comps in the xgames for that sport. For example Shaun Palmer won a lot of comps in the xgames. Since that is tanner so far it should be tanner's game only cause hes the most popular in the xgames as a newschool skier.

a game where cusson dorion and auclair are bumping, and being coached by douglas would be cool..and when you get to the top of the bump. you leave it, design a twintip ski, and go do some big air..would be wicked!!
