SETH MORRISON

Anyone know who he is filming with this season? Although I generally enjoy the location/multirider style segments in Level 1/Tanner's movies etc. I miss the full throttle slaying it segments he had with MSP. He still kills it with solid runs and huck shots, but I don't think a movie has done him justice since his Focused segment.

Bottom line, SETH DESERVES MORE CONSECUTIVE FOOTAGE.

i dont think he has been in any level 1 movies lately but he will probably have his usual segment in t-hall's movie.

I know he's not in Level 1 movies, I am just saying I like the non-rider segmented filming style they do. Seth is an exception for me, I would like to see more footage of him riding lines, instead of a poor film quality dub front shot and some intermittent shots mixed in with other riders. He's still beyond almost everyone in the big mtns and I would like a full segment. TGR or PBP haven't given him a full seg either.

His segments for MSP were soooo bananas. Global Storming, SM3, Focused, I could watch those everyday multiple times.

watched his part last night in tgr's film. does the biggest front flip ever. overshot a cliff dropping close to a hundred feet and over that down the slope. so nuts.

Someone needs to find out who he's shooting with, because according to the Tanner article, he isn't sdooting with them this year:

Who’s in it this year?

Myself, Sammy Carlson, Kye Petersen, Sean Pettit, Callum Pettit, Ian Provo, and a couple of the new up-and-comers that are more filmer-style skiers that are just focused on going out and trying to do different and unique stuff, because that’s exactly what we’re looking for…a different way to look at skiing through The Massive. You guys are going to be stoked.

Seth is filming with me this year. We are going to call our movie the "normie" perspective. It features only seth and myself. We are mixing this 100ft stomps with my 10ft sloppy attempt at a 3 then back to another seth 100ft back flip. This will just show how amazing Seth is by comparing him to a "normie"

the first time i saw seths FOCUSED seggy i nearly cried. Epic modest song + total fearlessness, confidence, and skill was trancendental almost.

hes from kentucky originally too i think, pre vail days

I agree completely, his MSP segs were soo sick and nothing has compared since.

But i know he is competing in the Extremes here at Crested Butte this month, with our conditions, and the fact that he has taken 2nd three times, he is going for gold, and it is going to be so so sick to watch

i nearly cried too man... the best "non msp" seth segment i've seen recentley was probably in show & prove, that huge front flip off a 1000+ cliff was sick!

yeah like FLO said, i know he's doing the extremes which is gonna be awesome to watch. But latelty he's been shredding at crested butte a good amount

Rumor is he's been scoping some shit that is rediculous, tops last year's double front. The exact words from an anonymous person was "I don't think he plans on living much longer". Pretty excited to see what he's got in-store.

i MIGHT get to ski with seth this year. my cousin has talked to him and they might meet up and ski somewhere and i might go out west to ski with them. a lotta mights, but if it happens i will seriously cream my pants. and yes i know CLAIM.

anyways, nothing compares to the seth chronicles, seriously THE BEST MOVIE i have ever seen. fuck i forgot about it in the favorite movies thread. oh well. MSP was amazing, loved his segs.
