Sessions Circumvent pant: Shell or not?

i don't know if this is a shell or insulated pant, and it doesn't say anything about insulation so if anybody has these pants or knows anything about them it'd be great if you could help

^i was thinking that but for the gridlock the lining was light mesh with fleece, but it was only in the but seat and knees, so i didn't know if all their pant were insulated with something else
