SES pass at stratton

if anyone has been to stratton you have to get this pass to go to the parks. its good cause it keeps the parks less crowded but is kinda a pain to get. Any thoughts?
 
i went there on a bus trip w/o my parents so we couldnt go into the park. that the only reason i wanted to go tooo

haha i just left the parents signature spot on the form blank when i went w/o my parents. the people there dont really care; they still gave us passes. You could also probably just sign your friends' forms because the people there dont pay attention to what you write.

you have to watch a 15 minute movie, which sucks, and there will probably be a bunch of snowboarders there, which also sucks, but it is a good thing and i also agree that all mountains should do it. but then again, i think you should have to pass a test to ski anything harder than a green run. but that is just me.
 
I don't know... wouldn't you say it was killington? as far as I am concerned, the only really great thing about killington is the rope tow for the pipe. Stratton has the best terrain for all-around skiing in southern VT and below (IMHO)
 
true, but ive never been anywhere as crowded as stratton, usually the base lifts at the main lodge and sun bowl are packed and completely not worth the wait, and if you take the midmountain ones then you cant get down to the pakrs without waiting in line at the lifts forever
 
i don't know, stratton can either be great or crap depending on how much effort they put into the park, and it varies. The VT Open park and pipe at the end of the year are so sick though.
 
Yeah i like stratton and i ski there almost every weekend but i must agree that their parks suck. last year and the year before they seemed to have more jumps but this year it seems pretty flat. Hopefully this new snow will inspire them to build something bigger
 
the parks are sweet yeah. but the whole parent signature thing kinda pisses me off, you can deff get a friend to sign it for you half the time the guy in the igloo is to stoned to notice
