Seriously, go for a run

AS i was in grade school growing up i was involved in countless sports but over the last year at school i retired them all for a new one. Drinking. My body went to shit. I havent really exercised in a year and i just went for a run after work today and it felt great. Im going to get into this. So yeah, who cares if its a km or a marathon, go giver'! You will defiantly thank yourself afterwards, and if you dont, you will kick yourself in your shin again.

cool story jonathan

but, seriously, good for you. props. i just went for a bike ride, after sitting on my ass for a week.

beer makes your belly go big... every year we rent a cottage near a ski hill and after each weeks there i go home with a beer belly :(

thats a misconception....people get beer guts from the extra food they eat as a result of drinking...but seriously.....

Simon Whitefield should inspire everyone in Canada to run its great for you

wtf I always feel like shit after running! but after a week or so of steady runs I feel good. I like taking them in the morning just to get me up early and wake up. But running hasn't ever been fun for me.. I dunno.

every time i come home from college i lose 2/3 to half my total body fat which mostly from not drinking

biking is allright imo, but swimming is a no for me. yesterday i just ran 3 miles, and i felt so fresh for the rest of the day, it was sick.

word i try to stay active for the whole summer to be prepared for soccer season, did some intense running over the last few days and it feels nice after

normaly i bike like everyday and go dirtjumping and stuff. but i cant now cus i broke my collarbone and im not allowed to bike or run or anything. i feel so fat, i havnt done anything for a month or so.

so i was out on a leisurely jog thinking "well isn't this just dandy" when i come across a mountain lion. so i sprinted my little white ass home going about mach 7 down this huge hill where i tripped and rolled through some dudes lawn. i felt pretty good about myself knowing i had just run from a very large kitty
