Serious swaying required, aquila earthquake, scientists charged with manslaughter

Basically Italian scientists that worked on a project to map seismic hazardous regions and risk mitigation now get charged for manslaughter during the l'aquila earthquake 6april 2009, because they failed to predict the earthquake...
one of the scientists is a professor and promotor of some of my best friends.

yeah, definately !its just plain retarded to charge someone with manslaughter because they failed to predict an earthquake, most of the time warnings from these scientists are even ignored....
