Serious Question about Tall Tees

Why wear tall tees on a Pow Day? Saw a dude and he was soaked on a pow day with his required tall tee sticking out.....funnest thing I have ever seen on the slopes, or are you all blind to the stupidity, like stopping in landing areas talking about how short your poles are?
Serious question.

But he looked mad steezy yo....

And you're about to get butchered by people that rock tall T's all the time. Personally I just don't like them, they sorta get in the way. But I don't hate on people that do.

Really, its all about the steeze?

I want to hear a serious answer. If it all about the fashion, fucking say it, or say I am too dumb to plan ahead for a pow day, or whatever.

I mean, come the fuck on. Dude was dripping wet on a pow day, his tee soaked and getting wetter, high onto the rest of his body....literally the dumbest, moronic thing I have ever seen, oh, and about 3F.
Are all you tall tee pow day dudes from Alabama?

Well there's obviously nothing practical about wearing a tall T on any occasion other than the fact that it looks cool. Unless your extremely tall and you shop in Big & Tall....

If it wasn't all about the fashion people would just show up in murdered out one pieces with like 30K waterproofing and shit.

I had to quote this for idiocy. I
T LOOKS LIKE A DRESS, and, YOU LOOK LIKE A kook. Even the black guys we show the pictures too in NYC are laughing at you. "Dude has a dress on, on skis"...Jay Z.

Don't worry about what kids wear on a pow day. If they want to look ridiculous in there tall-t, let them. It's really none of your business what kids wear, do or talk about.

Dude just get off NS if you're gonna make a thread about something and ask a question, then argue and battle with everybody who tries to answer. you obviously have your own opinion on Tall T's and you feel strongly enough to get very angry about it. And you're saying that I LOOK LIKE A KOOK.. when I clearly said I don't wear Tall T"s... Just fuck off bro. You have 43 posts and you're arguing with basically the entire ski community. you're pretty much just a piece of shit.

Dude, getting all pissed off in your tall tees, ACTing the thug life, THINKING, you have some sort of style.....wow, the madness of blindness is painful.
Style, really? REALLY? REALLY? REALLY? REALLY?
I give up if that is the only answer anyone has. 90% of the hill will be laughing....not just laughing, but like clown shoes laughing at how HARD you look.
Have you all seen real gangsters in the past 10 years? Shits changed YO.

have you seen real gangsters ever? I don't think there fashion has changed YO. They. are. gangsters. Not skiers. They don't give a fuck about fashion. And you're gettign all pissed off about everybodfy wearing Tall T's, why? Does it really make you that angry to see people wearing them? you're ridiculous.

I saw this kid the other day take off his coat in the lodge on a pow day. The entire bottom 8 inches of his tall-T was crusted ice and then up his back was just soaked. Looked real warm for sure. All you gotta do is tuck that shit in on a pow day and no more worries.

PS. powder skirt. try it sometime

Pissed? No, truly, I have pity and laughter for this. I was/am really wondering how someone would choose a tall tee on a pow day. There is no style to say the least of it.
THEIR style has changed. Its not THERE(over there) its THEIR (someone else's possessive).
Mr. Pro, calling me out for the number of posts I have, LOL genius.

I was calling you out because you have that many posts and you insist on making threads and arguing with everybody. I on the other hand, only argue with jackasses like yourself.

You sir are a leader and a scholar. If more of these douches would listen to people like yourself, maybe park skiers would command some respect.......thats right.....park skiers are the lowest form of snowsliders....BELOW snowboarders.

almost 200 views in 20 min......sounds like a popular thread.

you sound like a rich bastard who probably lives in either Mercer island or Bellevue with a season pass that your daddy payed for & you hate on everybody who is progressing and riding park. And it was cool like 20 years ago to hate snowboarders if you skied....

So are you keen on Tall Ts on non pow days? Or do they still get your panties in a bunch then too?

No,its what I think about Park Skiers.
You know when you see Xgames, and there is WAY less than HALF (sometimes empty) the crowd for the skiers than the snowboarders?
That is what park skiing is.....a low form of snowsliding. And you know why?
Three made up words, Rollerbladers Tall-Tees and skier douchebaggery.
Guys, it was fun. see you on the hill. I almost could not stop laughing writing this last post.

Oh no! So what you're saying is that you don't like us because we're skiers? But I really strive to make all internet trolls love me, I'm so sad to have failed.

Man, Don't twist my words. I never said I didn't ski park just that I tuck in my shirt on a pow day. BTW After I get done owning you in the park, I'll out ski you ANYWHERE you wanna go.

lol does someone else wearing a tall T on a powder day and getting kinda cold have ANY effect on you whatsoever? no it doesnt, so why do you care what other people wear? no need to make a stupid ass thread about it

I don't see how your question makes any sense, i have personally skied on a powder day WITH a tall tee, and i did not get wet, cold, or icy. For people saying they've seen people with wet/icy backs wearing tall tees on a powder day, this just doesn't make sense unless they're not wearing a jacket. Pretty much what im saying is, wearing a tall tee on a powder day is just like having a little extra cotton hanging out of your jacket so why does it matter?

Everyones should just stop posting in this thread, "dasblunt" is clearly some shitty troll who is desperately is in need of some attention.
Also dasblunt you do realize that a lot of snowboarders also wear tall-tees?
Finally, dasblunt, don't bother responding to this post as i am not coming back to this thread.

A couple of em under a coat is fine. But if you just rock tall tees and nothing else or a gigantic fucking hoodie, You will get laughed at.

1. powder skirt: Keep wetness and snow from getting into you jacket2. Tech Tall tees: Armada makes moisture wicking "tech tall tees"3. Fashion: I personally think that they look "right" and go well with skiing's style. If you like baggy stuff like e dollo and b dog I am into that, but I also like max hill's style, although I would not wear skinny pants.
I wear tall tees almost every time i ski but I snap my powder skirt and usually pull in the drawstring on the bottom of my jacket. The tall tees usually just get frozen, and I don't own a "tech tall tee", all of mine are cotton, and I am fine. Was the guy's jacket open?
