so i keep running scans and all kinds of shit is coming up, so i quarintine it. then 2 hours later i run it again and the same shit comes up. how can i get it off my pc for good

You dont quarentine it, you delete it instead maybe? Get spybot or ad-aware, I really dont trust anything else.

webroot spy sweeper is a joke. It will totally ruin your system. The more you run it, the more it spreads in your system. Remove it as quickly as possible, if it will even let you.
