Senior Prank Idea

Alright, i was not the one who thought of this but it was a friend. So in our town i guess it costs the police station $250 everytime they breathalize someone. So what we were thinking was that we all go to a house and bring no alchohol. We would put poland spring bottles around and have maybe shot glasses or something just to throw off the cops a little. Someone would call the cops saying theres a house party so and so. and then when the cops come, we make it look liek people are drunk and shit like that. Then they'll start breathalizing kids and it will end up costing alot of money.

What are your thoughts or any other ideas to go along with it to improve it.
 
just so you know, the point of a senior prank is to play a prank on your school. Causing the cops to breathalyze sober kids, not so much.
 
on my last year at school we played a prank on school! what we did was find out the code for the back gate so we could open it at night! next to our school was a massive field of cows, so we all lined up and tried to scare the cows and get them to run into the school. at one point one cow got out the field but not into school, ended up running down the street with cars everywhere. we got shit scared at this point but it ran back in the end and we managed to get it into the grounds along with one other cow! so two cows running round school shitting all over the place it was brilliant! bad news though we all got caught on CCTV and got massively in trouble and had to buy flowers and wine to the teachers we woke up... and all the nurses in our school hospital thing! worth every minute though
 
I can't understnad why it would cost 250$ everytime, it can't. It's just a battery powered device and evertime they stick a new dissposable mouth piece on it?
