If you know these bindings there nothing for me to say. They are unreal. Selling as I upgrading to AT bindings. They go for $350+tax new, yours for $225. Minor cosmetic damage (little paint scratches), still function perfectly. Pretty sure brakes are 115, had em on my Soul7s (108 waist). Will Ship at buyers expense or deliver along Hwy 11/QEW between North Bay and Niagara Falls.
 
This^ $225 is pretty steep man... Maybe drop your expectations a lota-bit and say $150 + ship?
