Dude you're not gonna get pivots under $100 unless someone literally donates them, otherwise they will be beat to fuck or old as fuck. Safety concern? Pivots r nice but not worth it that much. If you're cash strapped, just get some new tyrolia attacks. Definitely a solid binding.
