his weekend i was competing at whale \back and tried a 1080 and landed strait on my head and got knocked out for like 10 minutes and than had a a seizure and now im at the hospital and cant ski for therest of the year
 
That happened to me last year. I hate the restrictions they put on you after something like that, but I was able to go out after two weeks.

Have fun jumping through the hoops now, EEG's, scans, doctor shit, medical bills. I technically wasn't even supposed to drive for 6 months, but its not something authorities could know about because of medical confidentiality.
 
I was conscious and they tried to cut my pants off... I took them off myself laying in the hospital bed.
 
+++ vibes dude. if it makes you feel any better, i was just on www.buildering.net yesterday reading an interview with Alain Robert (Spiderman), the dude that free solos building all over the world. i guess he fell on his head a few years ago and had a seizure, but hey he's still climbing today and he's like 45, so you should be fine. maybe you should check out the interview for inspiration, the guy is a nut,

sweet dude. so if you had lost consciousness while driving you could have killed or seriously injured a bunch of people.... RAAAD
 
The 6 month thing is because they want to rule out the possibility of a seizure disorder, which I did not have. Mine was because of trauma.

You are right, though, if I fell on my head while driving, I could run the risk of seizing and destroying a minivan's worth of children, I'm such a dick.

Shut the fuck up.
 
doctors dont just make shit up for the fun of it.... if they told you to wait six months, it was probably for a reason.
 
you tried a 10? in the very begning of the year i was trying mute 5 on it, and fell off the side becuase it was so lop sided
 
earlier in the year my buddy slipped on on a box, hit his head, had a seizure, and peed his pants.... did you pee your pants...?
 
I got fucked up in an mx accident and I was in and out of conciousness when I was in the ER I rember my dad freaking on a nurse coming at my gear with scissors

my dad "those pants are like $200" (not actually but how would he know)

nurse " We cant risk moving his spine due to the risk of paralaasis"

my dad"hes fine hes just a little looped out" *pulls off my pants*

nurse "you need to go to the waiting room sir"

my dad *exits with pants*
