Security Guard Attacks Skateboarder

holy shit that guy was pissed. the best part is when he runs in to the wall haha

security guard was over reacting but kids were still little shits who thought they knew everything. "assault with intent on a juvenile"?? wtf is that shit

i don't mind if skateboarders break the law, but they shouldnt feel like they're entitled to breaking it with no repercussions.

They have such a powertrip, all of them. They must have had some real issues in their childhoods.

first of all it was assault with intent, second of all its a stupid fucking law that you can't skate in places like this. If people weren't so afraid of being sued in this country, then it wouldn't be illegal to skate in a place like this. Its not that they feel they should be entitled to breaking a law without repercussions, its that they feel its a stupid law.

if a security guard took my board and tried to punch me i probably wouldn't be able to help myself from hitting him back... those kids kept their cool but most wouldn't

its not so much the whole suing thing as much as it just unappealing.

If you're trying to run a business, with clients and employees coming all day, the last thing you want is a bunch of kids hanging out on your front steps all day. It makes you look unprofessional, and it's an annoyance. If it's some professionals filming, and they're taking a few quick shots, then maybe it's not so bad, but when it's a bunch of kids hanging out all day...it becomes a pain in the ass. And these days there are skate parks everywhere, so you can't say they have nowhere to go. I live in the middle of nowhere, and there's 2 within 10 minutes of me.

the security guard was a dick, but i'm betting we aren't seeing the whole story. They'd probably already been warned. Definitely could've been handled better.

But regardless of how stupid a law is, it's still a law, and you follow it.

This,

but I heard them say it was their first warning. They have never been asked to leave there before. The security guard immediately started the violence and hostility instead of politely asking them to leave.

Skater vs security gaurd videos rule.

That one with the big lady was sad though, it sounded like she got peed on and someone filmed it or something, she'd definitely had a traumatic life.

It's a shame that these cops think they have enough authority to be aggressive towards kids. Some of these guys do deserve the yelling and sometimes the violence, but most of the occurrences are unprovoked. This is why people grow a FUCK THA POLICE mentality

Yeah as much as i love watching these videos i hate how the kids think that its police brutality and shit like that. The security and cops are doing there jobs. You knew you were breaking laws so dont expect to keep doing what your doing and have no one care.

It is illegal for a police officer to hit a minor, especially when he has done nothing violent or threatening to anyone. Therefore these kids were skating and the cop could have told them to leave, and if they don't, call the real police or more security officers, not hit the kids when they have a camera.

cool, more skateboard pussies. Give me back my board, wah''''''''''' Beat his ass, hes a fat dude with a golf cart. Stop trying to sound hard, and do it.

that would be when the security guard intentionally punched the skater in the head, and assault with intent on a juvenile was exactly what it was and he did it twice, he would be fucked if those kid ever pressed charges because none of the kids fought back they were just trying to get his skateboard back which was perfectly fine because a security guard has no authority to take it off him, like they said at then end the kids were leaving when the guy took his skateboard,

thank you for this thread. I am at work with nothing to do any I just watched an hour and a half worth of youtube video fights.

Assault (self explanatory) with intent (to hurt them) on a juvenile (assuming that the kids are under 18).

at least this cop has the sense to explain himself. he's in a tough spot, he's getting harassed, and he is keeping his composure. and the neighbors who are pestering him about having a gun are pinkos, straight up.

yeah that cop was actually not that bad. is it really illegal to skate in san fran? I have never heard of that
