there are a lot of seattle artists that are already established. like knowmads. who are not up and coming...pretty damn well known. but I'm a music elitist so fuck me

I'm sure there are more out there too I just can't think of it during class off the top of my head
 
Sam Lachow is pretty good to. here's a video that he dropped last night. He lives in Ny now but i'm pretty sure he grew up in seattle. +K for embed
 
they aren't together anymore though, but they are very good. they broke up and now RA Scion is solo and Sabzi is in Blue Scholars with Prometheus Brown (Geologic)
 
this guy is a complete unknown, but he opened for lil b last weekend. his name is dex amora just youtube search him hes dope
