Season Rent, Breck...

So like Lone_wolf wants to get his shit sorted for the year, I'd like to get something laid out so I can just chill and get psyched for the season.
So is anyone looking for a roomie for just the season Nov - May?
Or looking at getting a pad and needs some extra people.?

I know there are threads on this already, I just want to try and set it up.

I am looking for a place at about 500-600 a month, w/ bills would be preferred but hey, I'm not expecting miracles.
Own bedroom is ideal but I will roomshare. It's not an issue as long as there is a bit of space to chill.
Ideally I want to live with older people, I'm 21 but having been seasoning for 3years and now just like to chill out and not get crazy all night long, so super chill people who are more about the social than the party. Respect for eachother and their equipment and so on.
I want a much as I can get for my money so let me know if you have anything that you feel will fit the foot.

Or if you have a longer let but want someone to make the rent easier through the winter then let me know, I am super sincere and am just gonna be skiing all day long and getting stoked up on being in Breck.

I'm super laid back and will cook you all some sweet euro based meals and buy you beer for the trouble of my accent. So please hit me up if you're in my boat or looking for a boat like mine.

Man, Im trying to get a place for the winter. I live in Blue River right now but I want to get in town so I dont have to drive all winter. If you live in Breck or in the area, you should hit me up and we can start looking together... I have a couple spots that my current room mate may be able to hook me up with in which case I may need room mates, but I have no details on pricing right now.

Oh yeah, and my lease is up at the end of oct. , so ill be looking for nov. 1 or sooner.
 
Unfortunately man I'm in Europe until the 30th October, so i'll be in Breck then.
so, 5'm not going to be able to try nd sort something out in person with you man. But please do let me know if you fond anywhere that you want roomates for. You get the idea from above about what I'm after so if you think we could work something out then let me know.

sorry guys but I am out of the hunt.

signed into a 6bd place just outside of breck. Tried to get some spots for roomies but my roommate already filled em all. I know a bunch of local cats tho that are still looking for places tho (for october and november) so feel free to hit me up for their info. Most of them are looking for yr leases tho, so hopefully you would be able to sub-lease once the season is over if you arent sticking around that long.
