Season Edit Critique

I was wondering if anyone here wanted to Critique my season, any tips on stuff to keep in mind for my next one. I'm open to any ideas thanks.

Yea sorry about that, I put it in the critique thread a few days ago and got no responses so I put it up here but I'll make sure to just bump the critique thread first next time.

shorten the in run and landings for most clips, try to incorporate some slow and fast motion, use color correct (match), mute clips where filmed gets stoked or when there is a lot of wind, motion stabilize (option on iMovie), don't put in sketchy clips cause you've got a lot of sick ones and it will take down the length, shots of you shredding bowls or couloirs should come in the beginning of the edit, don't repeat tricks, music is not my style. lots of sick clips.

i liked it a lot to be honest. I think that you should have done a follow cam movement instead of just filming stationary. I think a following camera movement flows better with the edit. It looks a little rigid or dull when you are filming just standing in one place. Music was good. Skiing was excellent so that helped keep it interesting. Also, it is a little bit obvious that you had used iMovie just from the text. The text at the beginning was just a little strange I thought. Good job though, I thought it was a pretty solid edit

Thanks for the critique, I agree that I need keep it shorter by cutting down the clips and not repeating tricks since the edit gets a little boring after awhile. Muting clips would is good idea too that I never thought of. Thanks again!

Thanks dude, When I make a new one I'm going to try and in cooperate follow cams more since you're right about them flowing with the edit more than than still shots. Thanks for the taking the time to check it out!
