Searching for songs of a certain length

Two part question:

1) Does anybody know of a web search that looks for songs of a certain length?

2) I'm looking for good songs in the range of 3:45-4:00 in length. Let me know if you have any in your playlists that fits this criteria. Preferably looking for something fast paced or that qualifies as good pump up music.

That is most likely 80% of the songs out there, but are you using it for working out? This song and video is all you need:
