wait ....your parents are willing to pay for you to live out west on your own and your only 14, WTF

At Sugarloaf, Maine (USA in case you didn't know) there is a school called Carabasset valley Academy which is supposed to have a really good freeskiing program. It is on the East Coast though, so it is not a huge mountain and the powder is not as frequent or as good quality as it would be in the west. That is the only place I know about though.

cause i'm in highschool and i MUST go to school so,...

in the east?? there's snow??:D ok thx but it would be nice if it is in the western cause there's more snow and parks and powder....

cheers

would rather have really do education and ok sking? really good skiing and shitty eduation? or medicore educationa and really good sking?

the school system in canada is really good so really good skiing sould be cause i'm not every day or year in canada or america. i think medicore education and really good skiing is the best.

Is there time to go skiing in canada?? or fu** off the school and go skiing or are there big probs if you do that in both countries??ß

cheers

www.redskiacademy.com

i go there and its sweeeet. we get to ski 5 days a week and its easy to keep up in school.

national sports school

i have no clue about it, but i have calgary friends that are in it.

so my facebook says

waterville has a really good freeskiing program.. i go to proctor academy in NH and i ski tuesday, wednesday(comp), thursday, friday and saturday(all day).. so we get to ski alot.. but basically ne prep school in the US has a program like that but not every school freestyles..

me?

I don't know, my friend megan is a very good park skier from calgary, and I'm pretty sure she's in it.

My other friend is quite a good snowboarder, I think he's in it as well

they do all kinds of stuff

just google it

or earthle.com to save the enviorment

so ive looked at the pages of this schools:

Redmountain freeski academy

Carrabasset Valley Academy

Waterville Valley Academy

Proctor Academy

whats the best you think?? where is the best park'n' powder and coolest people, the most snow?

are these schools from the age of 15 to 18??

cheers

thx

I've got some boarder friends who go to CVA and its fairly small. It's pretty well known for skiing tho, considering kids like Corey Vanular have come out of there. But, being on the EC, I wouldn't expect too much snow. You'd be skiing Sugarloaf regularly, which is a pretty decent mountain in Maine, and fairly decent for the EC, but theres not much variability. Park features are nice, and you do take regular trips out west and to other nice mountains, but if you have the chance to go to a school out West, do it.

waterville valley is mad dope! they ski so much and ppl are really good.. but they ahrdly go to shcool so you dont go there if u wanna go to shcool.. haha..  but a shcool liek proctor.. u go to shcool and they have really good classes and you get alot of credits for college and stuff and u get to ski almsot every dya.. so it depends what youre going for...

Lowell Whiteman School in Steamboat Springs CO

you get to ski half day tues through friday and weekends if you want to compete and if not u still ski tue wed and fri.

it's about 4K for locals, and unless you plan on your whole family moving out here you have to pay 750 a month for a homestay parent.

no idea if someone already said this cause i dont want to read all the responses, but go to waterville, look at all the dope skier they've put out

i go to highschool in b.c. and since december 1 i have gotton 21 days in this year without missing a day of school i am preety sure theres highschools in whistler so it would be a better hill then on vancover island

waterville. Is it the Waterville in america or in canada cause there are two. in maine and quebec??

i think im going to the west (redski mountain academy) or to colorado (lowell whiteman.) ??

whats better do you think??

from what age are all these schools really highschools right?

or shall i go to vancouver to a normal highschool and skiing at the nice resorts in vanc.??

Till what time have the pupils in the highschools go to school??

thanks

cheers

Waterville Academy is in Waterville, NH. Such a dope place if your looking to ski a great park and ski with a lot of other good kids. It's where Mike Clarke came from!
