today i was searched by cops because i smelt like marijuana. i was wondering how old you have to be for a cop to legally search you. cause i have heard you have to be 18 but i want to know for a fact.

^if a cop couldnt legally search you under the age of 18 then that would mean that you also dont have any constitutional rights under the age of 18. like the right to unlawful search and sezier(sp?). so yeah, not being able to be legally searched under 18 doesnt make any sense
